This portal collects only information needed to respond to appointment/home-visit requests, such as parent/guardian name, mobile, child name, DOB and address.

• Do not submit OTPs, passwords, biometrics or unnecessary Aadhaar information.
• Only authorised staff should access request data.
• Use HTTPS in production.
• Set and follow a lawful retention period and delete data when no longer required.
